What We Do
Often, clients realize that they did not learn what they need to know to lead a happy, productive life. Or what they learned does not bring them happiness. We address not only the behavioral and cognitive aspects. but also the emotional aspects of troubling issues.
Counseling: we offer guidance, insight, and opportunities for emotional healing. We provide therapy for deeper issues of trauma and neglect.
With our guidance, clients resolve past and current issues, finding that they've changed their approach to life. This leads to happier lives with a fuller sense of the real self, greater love, and more connectedness.
Relationship counseling: Rome was not built in a day, and neither are good relationships. It takes hard work and understanding to create collaboration instead of conflict. For couples, our licensed professionals tackle issues of anger, withdrawal, depression, anxiety, infidelity, and more. We also offer the Art of Relationship Skills, where we teach couples and singles the “skills” of relating and the underlying dynamics for sustaining intimacy
Sessions for Individuals focus on specific problems such as depression and anxiety. Counseling can transform old, negative patterns into growth opportunities for true happiness and fulfillment, teaching new ways of thinking about oneself and the world, as well as new ways of reacting.
Psychotherapy also aids in healing emotional imprints from events such as sexual abuse, rape, physical abuse or neglect, and experiences of war or natural disasters.
The Enneagram Seminar teaches Therapists and Enthusiasts about their innate temperaments, which affect every aspect of their lives. Discovered by ancient cultures as they sought answers to life’s questions, the Ancient Greeks wrote it down. The Enneagram (ennea means 9 in Greek) provides a template for understanding our basic filter on the world: our motivations and our vulnerabilities, as well as our gifts and burdens. See www.lynnsenneagram.com for in-depth information about the Enneagram, as Lynn was taught through her 30 years of working with clients, friends, and family.
The Emotional Healing Workshop provides clients with the opportunity to explore and release deeply held emotional imprints, fostering healing and emotional well-being. Clients feel tremendous relief from releasing the well of pain that has been inhabiting their bodies and minds. A private session with a Center therapist is required before attending this workshop.

Emotional Healing Workshop
Weekend Theme:
Wearing a Mask to Hide Your True Self
March 6-7, 2026
(Register on the workshop page.)
As adults, many of us carry unresolved emotional memories and negative messages developed in childhood. Or we may be experiencing the stress of major life changes.
Sometimes, we are unaware of how we repeat with others what was learned/experienced long ago. Perhaps, we lost essential parts of ourselves in our families, culture, and history in childhood. "Wearing a Mask to Hide Your True Self" will be the focus of this healing workshop.
The workshop will encourage recognition of repetitive patterns, will allow for emotional healing, and will engender cognitive understanding as well as the development of new behavioral choices. Come join us.
